Adam is passionate about table tennis and is not afraid to voice his opinions about how the governance of the game could improve. He said: "I would like to see a more robust classification system as there are people entering national and international events who do not have a learning disability and it is taking the governing bodies far too long to remove them."

Adam continues to compete at events across the UK and now also coaches aspiring table tennis stars of the future. He was a team coach at the 2015 Sainsbury's School Games in Manchester and also at the Jack Petchey Foundation finals in London.

Adam is co-delivering an Engage! Workshop in Manchester on 9th March 2016.
