The Swansea swimmer scooped S14 200m Freestyle silver at the British Championships in Glasgow before winning a bronze medal for Wales in the same event and in the same pool at the 2014 Commonwealth Games.

Just a week later, he claimed three medals at the IPC Swimming European Championships in Eindhoven - silvers in the 100m Backstroke, 200m Individual Medley, and bronze in the 200m Freestyle.

After recovering from a broken hand midway through 2015, Jack is now back in training and focusing on being selected to compete at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games.
