Biography:
Glaswegian T20/F20 sprinter Robert is a multi-medallist at British, European and World Inas competitions, competing at 100m, 200m, 400m and relays.

In 2012, Robert won gold in the 4x200m (1.38.76) at the Inas World Indoor Championships in Manchester. He also claimed silver (3.45.67) in the 4x400m and 400m (56.23).

Robert started athletics at 12, when he was introduced to Red Star Athletics Club by a friend. He is now training and competing for Shettleston Harriers.

Robert was first selected for the UKSA GB Team in 2012 and has been in the Scottish National Team since 2006.

In 2014, Robert was selected for the UK Talent Development Programme. Robert was also one of 31 Scottish athletes to receive funding through the SSE supported ‘Next Generation’ athletes scheme.

Robert won gold in the 100m (11.70) and gold in the 400m (54.08) at the 2014 Mencap National Championships, just pipping Athlete Rep, Owen Miller who took silver (54.62).
