Mencap Sport Announces Open National Athletics Championship
UK Sport Association’s partner Mencap Sport has announced their Open National Athletics Championship for 25th June 2016 at Dorothy Hyman Sports Centre.
The competition is for athletes with learning disability, who are over the age of 13 and have met entry standard in a previous competition.
At this event, Mencap will also be hosting another competition called the Festival of Athletics. This competition is for people with severe learning disability. All athletes participating can only compete in one event on the day.
